I’m the founder of one body one journey. I realized the importance of pre and postnatal wellness after having two high-risk pregnancies of my own. Each trimester presents different training methods that I adjust to client-specific needs. I provide a safe, individualized training program that will take you through your “journey” of pregnancy. My goal is to make you feel strong and confident before and postpartum.
My “journey” as a doula has helped me refine my skills even further. I have worked with many pre and postnatal moms over the years in a fitness capacity. In my own personal growth, I wanted to empower moms even further. I want moms to feel confident in their decisions, guiding them during one of the most exciting and overwhelming times of their lives.
What I Believe
I believe in overall wellness of mind and “body”. Movement is the key to life, one body one journey will prepare you for pregnancy and will assist with all your postpartum needs.
