I’m the founder of one body one journey. I'm a DONA trained and certified Postpartum Doula, a Certified Breastfeeding Counselor and a Certified Pre/Postnatal Fitness Trainer. I offer wellness support through the fourth trimester. I'm a mother of two and after experiencing two high risk pregnancies, I realized I had to include a wellness plan for my overall wellbeing. I learned as a fitness professional and as a postpartum doula that I could help new parents with their physical and emotional health.
My goal is to make you feel safe, confident and empowered through your "journey" into parenthood. Support is key to better outcomes.
I believe in overall wellness of mind and “body”. One body one journey will prepare you for pregnancy and will assist with all your postpartum needs.
